Her er mine mål for træningen. Planen er at kunne klare dem alle i 2008.

2.400 meter løb på 12 minutter
3.200 meter løb på 12 minutter
5.000 meter løb på 20 minutter
5.000 meter løb med 5 kg. på ryggen
1 km. med 16 km/t
1 km. med 17 km/t
10 km. løb
50 km. på en uge
21,1 km. løb (½ marathon) med 12 km/t – 1t45m
